Ceramic launders 


Charakteristic

Ceramic launders are refractory shaped pieces manufactured on the basis of calcium-silicates joined by hydraulic bond. Materials SILKON 130, SILKON 130-1 and SILKON 150 for their production are used. The launders are non-wetted from melted iron (Al) or its alloys. The calcium silicate launders for use in temperature of up to 1000C are determinate.

Maintaining

It is recommended to maintain the surface of the launders by special protective boron-nitride coating MASTER BN to ensure their long life and well performance.
